Why would CEOS tout a "surge" in institutional interest when institutions dont buy stocks under 5 dollars. All of those tv interviews supposedly led to influential people knowing about Vetcomm. So what if none of them buy a million shares for a mere 34,000 to 40,000 bucks. Now its at .031 and a ten bagger is only 31 cents instead if 99.7 cents a few months ago. This makes the company look bad to tout with no follow up.
