ATTENTION: Hycroft HYMCZ warrant holders, also known as the latest Allied Nevada Gold Corp. ANV shareholders

A 96 page lawsuit was filed on June 13, 2023, with the Court of Chancery, in Wilmington Delaware, with approximately 300 pages in exhibits, and it is now well underway in the judicial process.

You may or may not be aware that there is a group of people fighting for you to receive a comparable amount of equity back for the warrants you were issued when Hycroft (Allied Nevada Gold Corp ANV) issued warrants under the symbol HYCTW which later became the symbol HYMCZ.

We have currently located approximately 700 warrant holders, and there are 10s of thousands more that we have yet to locate.
