Not a single person has anything to offer about the two companies that are the possible BUYERS of, not merging with, $mONI, or so we are told.
Why not?
Nobody has done ANY real DD about it? If they did then they must not have liked what they found.
Nobody has any other possible names to offer? Maybe there are none and it won't be acknowledged.
I guess it's easier to use some fuzzy math to calculate fictitious numbers based on unverifiable fluff from the desk of FrankO1 and/or his hired minions and try to run with that.
