What are you talking about? The company doesn't sell restricted into the float..... Someone got an opinion letter to have the restriction removed and have unrestricted shares issued after waiting the requisite amount of time to do so.... In theory you should see who canceled the 10 million shares in an subsequent event statement at the end of these financials considering they have not put them out yet.
