Some backstory on DLOC from my perspective:

I know the original founders of SmallCellSite.com which was acquired or merged with what is now DLOC.
SmallCellSite.com was/is a map search for carriers to source small cell (5G) locations, and a portal for property owners to list thier assets as available for small cell installations.

I am CEO/founder of a startup company which now audits cell sites with drones and AI, and have plans (and a mature pitch with some funding) to build the "zillow for wireless" and related to smallcellsite, a more aggressive list/search/service SAAS software to aggregate wireless infrastructure data and make true 5G and then 6G a reality faster.

A few months back i attended the ConnectX" telecom conference with a goal to meet and speak to Rich Berliner, which I did, to inquire what the fate of smallcellsite was, as it seemed to be sitting idle. (I had previously bought shares because I had a feeling something was up with Rich and the company)

The conference was very focused on satellite tech, which was new, and the panel discussions and talks that included Rich gave me confidence there was something brewing.

So I held the shares and was pleasantly surprised when the pivot was announced and the current version of DLOC emerged.
Then doubled my buy-in.

Telecom is very much a grey hair, ol' boys club, kindof of industry and Rich is very well positioned to make moves from within.
I'm pretty confident the Satalite tech is INEVITABLE, as I've been watching it closely.
Sat tech actually negatively effects my business model... so If it goes sideways and sat tech takes over... I still win! ;)
