Don't forget the offering also includes 2 warrants that can be exercised for 2 common shares at 0.25 price.
So assuming the price goes up and therefore everyone exercises their warrants, thats another 32M shares to the O/S... hence the 97M total O/S.

Yeah its better than dumping and diluting on the open market but this doesn't seem like a good thing for existing shareholders.
