So does Elite, or Prasco, go back to the DEA and basically say “hey, look at our new contract for this authorized generic supplier, allot Elite more quota please” ?

Wondering how Elite obtains the API necessary to keep selling and growing their own market share + supplying additional product to Prasco as well.
