It would be a disaster for shareholders. At 3,729,053,805 shares currently out and a PPS in consolidation for a year +, 7,000,000,000 additional shares would tank this to trip 1.

It would take a huge catylist now with 3.7 Billion shares out to get this anywhere near .0012.

Wouldn't a 7/10th O/S ownership hand that person the controls?
