Can't wait for the convictions. Bring plenty of Vicks boys. Now, how is that going to affect the outcome of arbitration when the conspirators are both tried and convicted and sentenced???? Oh AmarX where art thou? Time to pony up. Fix that flat on your wheelbarrow.

"Pourhassan and Kazempour are each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud, three counts of securities fraud, and two counts of wire fraud related to the HIV BLA scheme. Pourhassan is separately charged with an additional count of securities fraud and additional count of wire fraud related to the COVID-19 scheme, and three counts of insider trading. Kazempour is separately charged with one count of making false statements to federal law enforcement agents.

If convicted, each defendant faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison on each securities fraud and wire fraud count with which he is charged, and five years in prison on the conspiracy count. Kazempour also faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison on the false statement count. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.Pourhassan and Kazempour are each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud, three counts of securities fraud, and two counts of wire fraud related to the HIV BLA scheme.
