Keep in mind, they could sell the shell too…that would be

a fifty-fifty proposition. If it’s a good exciting company, than it can move
and bounce, but if not…were toast.

I don’t think venkat will pull the trigger. He’s waited to long and
for the perfect climate. Business doesn’t work that way. If you
have a good product and team you swim up stream until the
resistance softens.
