That right there is the problem Monocle, UNFORTUNATELY, "Mark thought he could sell" Mark couldn't sell his way out of a paper bag. Wake up people we have been sold a bill of goods thinking Mark is the right person for the job...I assume we can all agree at this point we have the wrong CEO in charge. Not sure about all of you but I care more about my investment then hurting Mark’s feelings. Mark it is time for you to go. I just assumed when I got into this investment almost a decade ago that a dry non charismatic leader is what is to be expected in the rare earth and critical mineral space...But then I went back to sales 101 and realized something that is still true to this day. People buy from people they trust and like...Mark has one of the two...But people do not trust him anymore. Hence, why Mark needs to have loan sharks fund this amazing mine that any other CEO would have funded years ago...You know like 2016???

Honestly, Mark and Jim need to do the right thing and resign. Most will be extremely happy once we cut the head off the snake. Let these rodeo clowns play and work over at IBC so they can continue to ruin IBC and leave NioCorp alone. All we ask, please make sure Scott Honan is the new CEO of NioCorp and hire a strong woman to do Jim Sims Job. I guarantee a strong women would run circles around jim sims plus not hide behind a computer all day. She would help get the word out about our amazing company and help be the face of NioCorp…You know Like a real winner would do! But in Jim sims defense he does have $338,371 reasons why he does not want to get rid of his cush job at Niocorp.
