Assuming that $LEAS can get FINRA approval for the RS (which I still doubt), it will show up here the day before it takes effect: https://otce.finra.org/otce/dailyList?viewType=Symbol%2FName%20Changes

Stocks are added to that list throughout the day........

That's all I know about it.

#8KSpy ( 8KSpy.com ) alerts in real time to changes on that list........there may be other software out there that monitors it in real-time.
