Interest rates on land acquisition and land development loans are way up there, around 11%-12%. Until we near the end of the year, it's not likely the Fed will start cutting interest rates again. Maybe by the spring of next year, the rates will be back to a more reasonable 7%-8%. That's a huge cost saving for businesses trying to scale.
