SO ---- if the court finds the SPSPA null and void - is it likely money would go back to F and F and or FHFA ? And if so - all of the NWS? all of the NWS > 10% ?

seems - even if gain is to F and F (and it gets to keep it) --- this would take a huge obligation off the books (the LP) and maybe pay money back to F and F as well ?

if yes - a group could fund it - I assume . I am at 10,000 shares but - hell - if they could go to $10 I would stand to gain 10K (and no tax as cost basis is about that or a bit higher)
