A thought? it was the USPTO assistant examiner that wrenched our patent up from the get go involving not seeing that Li so called patent application was stepping all over our patent yet HDC management or our patent attorney's missed seeing this problem early on. Do you recall me pointing this out during the time that Barnhill and Tobin were not getting along. Scott started with HDC on 4-15- 2009 and exited on 10-10-2010. Who missed Li Intel application? Did our patent attorney tell Barnhill or Scott about Intel's patent? Why did Scott leave HDC or did Barnhill tie Scotts hands in some manner?
