Sure is crazy until it gets cleared up. I guess anything is possible since the corruption in Mexico is unbelievable, including at Pemex.

So far the source of all the denials is Pemex. Which as of right now is controlled by Octavio, so I wouldn’t necessarily put much credence in that.

And remember when many of the news outlets said that AMLO had a heart attack? Even he as President had to put out a video to squash those rumors. And even then some said the video was fake.

There were very prominent people including politicians at that ceremony, would simply be amazing if they all got duped.

Anyway until it is cleared up officially by Mexico and I am thinking from AMLO himself, people won’t feel certain either way.
