My friend. Go vegetarian for a while. Eat celery, carrots, dip in organic hummus, guacamole, all natural peanut butter, eat salads with all the veggies you like, highly recommend adding sprouts to your salads. Sprouted seeds, nuts including Brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans. Broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, watermelon, all the berries. Just do it. No meats, dairy or fried foods. You must reduce inflammation!
