It concerns the FACT that it is being hauled into court again in November to settle up with Kipping& Locksmith Financial.
This could represent 9% of the stock that is used (to replace & damages incurred) of the stock involved in this court action.

9% of 3 Billion is huge when trying to figure the final PPS.
