They stated a long time ago in one of their updates a R/S was in the cards along with the FINRA changes. Not sure why it’s such a surprise. Size is the question, 1/10 sounds pretty right.

They do not care about legacy shareholders. No value has been added by $BABL longs to the current business situation and they know this.

The 166M shares were circulating well before they arrived and had no benefit to their efforts.

JMHO, foreign tickers do this all the time to legacy folks.
