I think there is a deal.

The hold up was the Kosmos litigation and other contingent matters in the redacted contract which may have included block 6 drill results and who knows what.

But so long as ERHE is gagged, it means Total is still interested and contingent matters are being waited upon.

If ERHE weren't gagged and not going with Total, then it would also seek out a new suitor as Oranto does, publicly.
