has over thirty-years of experience as a C.E.O. or C.F.O. in entertainment companies\, including NASDAQ listed
Hemdale Communications, Inc., where he oversaw a team of in-house accounting and audit professionals. Additional
review of financials and consultation was provided by Jeffrey Howard, an entertainment industry accounting
professional (and former CPA). Mr. Howard was most recently employed by Disney / Hulu with respect to
accounting and reporting duties for the television series, “Reservation Dogs.”
