General Enterprise Ventures, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company is still in process of compiling certain required information to complete the Form 10-Q. As a result, the Company requires additional time to prepare and review its consolidated financial statements and other disclosures in the Form 10-Q. The Company expects to file the Form 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day extension provided by Rule 12b-25.
