He's pretending to know everything but it's paper thin. Like talking about a loan for 4m when they have total of 9m cash. Of course begs the question...why do they need $4m now if they have $5m now?

It's been the most obvious question for awhile. Answer of course is to make shit tons of drugs and run more trials
