I'm still thinking (hoping) Brio. I know the original PR was for 5M shares. But considering how long the deal has been dragging on, I'm wondering if the deal was renegotiated at the last minute. The original deal's purchase price seemed awfully cheap for an established company. (Still wondering why it was so cheap.)
