This is speculation -- I checked the O/S and R/S today just on a whim. I don't know when it happened, but 12 million restricted shares have been added to the tally. I'm going to take that as a signal the Brio deal may have finally completed --- or they are desperate for cash and did some financing. Hoping for news soon. And no surprise they are filing late again. It's difficult to get Barret's attention away from playing with himself long enough to file a very rudimentary 10Q on time.
