That would open a huge mess of lawsuits

I believe this opens the door for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to now buy back the JPS shares at current market values. The related JPS damages have now been decided and now they have the green light to get rid of (retire) that debt thru JPS buybacks IMO.

And that's the bottom line because the...Goober...said so !
