This is dead.
Stock is worthless.
CEO is in jail.
Office is closed.
Last filing was over 2 years ago.
There are zero current employees.
No one is answering the phone.
Nothing is happening except the ongoing criminal prosecution of the CEO which will conclude in December.
And the CEO is being represented by the public defender because the money is all gone.
Its over.
