If they don't have something lined up after all this time why wouldn't they take it ?

Good question but I suspect they will not accept it in fact will not even attempt to negotiate it. Ive structured and closed more med technology deals with inventors/developers than you can imagine, they're all the same. Their invention is like their child and very protective of it regardless of the cost they do not want to part with it, if they could sleep with it they would. Although I understand it they shouldn't take funds from others.
