Correct no new shares. Those shares were free trading regardless. Held at dtc is just a designation of who physically holds the shares. DTC, Broker, Cede & Co, Street name etc. if that changes that number can change but that doesn’t mean all of a sudden those are new shares ready to sell as owner could have sold those anytime….. My guess is that could be an aggregate of reflected changes with brokerage accounts for example TDA etc since that started transferring accounts in May and now is being updated as they pull info for the 6/30 filings.
