Sounds like NASDAQ Uplisting is being talked about again ie. RS

NASRAT said around $0.15 it would be considered

If the sell out is near he probably wont bother.
Not sure it would add much value unless the acquirer wants it.
The future acquirer may take it private or may merge it into their existing co.

Nasrat and stockholders will be mega wealthy at the buyout.
