They effectively own the company.
Shareholders have no influence on any decision. None! Moore clan owns all of the preferred shares.
They created the shares simply by submitting a filing.
The way I look at it is that they "owned" 15 Billion shares and have sold 10 billion so far

They sold the shares and pocketed the proceeds. Shareholders got diluted into oblivion.
