Some seem to think that exceeding that cumulative ratio of 250:1 means they would be delisted now.

That is not the case.

Let’s say they did a 100:1…then the stock price would be at $10…and it would likely take a lot longer to get back down to $1…and if everyone thinks that MULN is going to recover when revs start showing up…then surely the 2 year limitation wouldn’t be important.

This reverse split size almost guarantees delisting back to the OTC…so why would he care about 5810 (c)(3)(A) anyways?

That is why it doesn’t make much sense.

1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
2) Why am I here?
Answer: I like debating things that I have a 95% chance of being right about.
3) Am I a paid basher?
