So: to expand on my idea that not everyone on this board has shares. It maybe in Delfin’s interest to keep the price as low as possible prior to merger. Taxes? I am not an accountant but my basic understanding of mergers is that they are a taxable event. So who are these posters who call reporters in order to report back to the board? I really don’t know. But they always seem to be either a crybaby or just a depressed half full glass of bs.
