Serious Question, Input Please

Up to today, as far as I know... Dave has done everything legally. Slimy maybe but legal.

My questions... Is it legal for Dave To call a meeting with his crew of Toxic Financiers and say hey guys I'm the only one in the room that has not made over 100 million dollars, you guys have, I've only made 35 million.
Now I'm Not Going to Dilute any shares for 60 days... Would You Guys please Hold and not sell any of your millions of shares for 60 days with me. ???
You guys know you'll all make over a billion dollars each in time....
Will you guys work with me to help our retail shareholders out for a little bit of money for them increasing share price.

ANYTHING ILLEGAL IN THAT SCENARIO ???
