Looks like MM buffoonery to me. Add to the mix the "sky is falling crowd" and you get the drop in price that some have wanted. I don't believe that what we have heard about the merger so far is bad. It all sounds pretty good to me. If the company coming into the shell is solid, we should see 5-10 times the money. The risk/reward here looks good. Don't loose faith people.
ps there is a 100 share buy at 12:59 est. sitting all buy itself....it is not the completed fill on an order. It is someone trying to affect the price as most people don't watch L2 or the trade list. I'm not saying this means anything in particular, only that the OTC and all the stock market in general is run by unethical folks who wil say/do anything to get your money.
