There are MANY big companies on OTC and they do it to avoid the high fees of the big boards but it is well known on wall street that SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ have had it out for OTC. They have picked up their efforts in the past 12 months. Have you noticed how the SEC and FINRA have forced OTC to delist almost 100 companies over the past 10 months or so? It's not mainstream but they want ALL alternative reporting companies gone! that's all pinks-GONE. I was told by the end of the year but I doubt very seriously they can do that without major problems. The only thing left will be OB and QX and I doubt that even they will last long if SEC wants everyone on NYSE/NASDAQ.
