Thanks Mr Smith...all good points

Things are really looking up bud...we are shovel ready as can be without actually being the landowners with no issues like others have stated regarding soil clean up...BP did the cleanup already . Theres a scale from 1 to 42 ...the EPA scores us at a 10 and that large pile of clean dirt onsite is for capping the area ...partners are currently in town getting contracts ready to sign upon the close
