Somebody bought at a below .0001 ask. The seller is probably a preferred shareholder exercising common stock warrants. The buyer? To place a buy order at below .0001 you have to do it through the transfer agent and receive the physical stock certificates. To the extent that is happening, the buyer is probably an institutional investor.
