Is ELTP is worth more than 3.7 cents? Sure, you should of sold at 78 cents if you owned shares at that time. The market looks forward not backwards. Even negative posters here (e.g. Namtae) suggest the company will be taken over at over 5 cents. That makes it a strong buy here. When it rises over a nickel, you can reevaluate ELTP. At todays price it is IMHO a very strong buy.
