I guess that's the problem, there is no one left to file an 8K, as he was the only company officer and paid for the shell out of his own personal funds. I doubt anyone expected him to pass away @ 48 years old. Just a couple months ago he was here in the US, smiling for pictures with Steven Rockefeller III....and now he's dead.
