IMO there's only one reason he hasn't or won't reverse split the crap out of this bloated O/S now and get it over with.

I personally think Tad cut a secret agreement with PLPL's old toxic convertible note holders.

Think about it.

He knew this ticker had no future with those "death spiral" debts on the books. So he convinced most of them (assisted by the new SEC crackdown on such predatory practices) to go ahead and convert their notes into shares to put an end to the threat. That's why the O/S exploded by multi-billions since he took over.

Obviously I can't prove such collusion but it smells to me like he's avoiding the R/S to give those old parasites time to cash out as much as possible. He knows damn well the effect an R/S has on a micro-cap ticker. An R/S could quickly carpet bomb this ticker to levels far below the current .0001.

So instead he's engaging in a cycle of "wash-rinse-repeat."
