I've been down that familiar road before with another company that should have been on the NASDAQ by now, but management doesn't have a clue.

I didn't like today's trading action at all. It did not show confidence, and someone wanted to dump a lot of shares? Why???

I read the 8k again and it clearly shows that they are looking at Bankruptcy options. There is no way to sugar coat this. Maybe someone can pull a rabbit out of the hat here, or they can get angel funding, or another partner???

As bad as thing look, I am also a Huge Gambler and I have had Gambles pay off by taking chances like this one is presenting us.

I am hoping cowtown jay is correct with all of his DD here. I am seriously considering doubling my position tomorrow. If this turns around it could be the best move, I made in years in the stock market.
