Not a good look. I thought it went from 300K to 600K. It should have been performance based. It’s not! The amount of stock he has amassed should’ve been enough to be incentivized. The lack of interest and growth in the stock price is dismal and overall disappointing. Imagine what 300K could pay for each year to put this company on people’s radar. I’m optimistic at times with the fact that there is capital in place for working capital but not if it’s disappearing into salary. It won’t build confidence for future investors. A stock price between 3-5 + can change my thoughts. I still believe there is potential but this won’t help. Strong Markman’s and high quality patent portfolios will. I hope next week isn’t another lackluster 10Q and another pay raise for Mr. Scahill. I wait patiently.
