I try and put myself in other peoples shoes and I can understand why a CEO that had COMPLETE control of a publicly owned company would not want any shareholders to get together and make a change that would hinder my COMPLETE control of the company that I am taking full advantage of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
