Lets wait for the 8K to flesh this out this weekend. I would think Shawn Leon would promote another press release then the Q2 before the the 8K on Friday. Lets face it, if the 8K was so great he wouldn't be releasing it late after hours on a Friday. Shawn would drop that 8K on a trading day morning and promote the He77 out of it if was good news.

There was roughly $750K in debt eligible to convert at .001. This would likely represent renegotiated debt, wonder where it is sitting now? Under what terms would they give up the variable rate feature of those notes?
