How many ways can you put it? How much would it cost to end the threat to their companies asap, compared to waiting until forced to settle, if the patents are all that and if indeed they are infringing? Wouldn't ALL the associated costs be higher, I mean way higher the longer they wait? Annnnnd.....you mean to tell me that every single alleged infringer has the exact same thought process and reaches the exact same conclusions on how to handle the situation with their fiduciary responsibilities? Were they all part of some borg hive mentality? And did every single voip service provider CEO on the planet decide simultaneously to steal vplm technology? And where did they get it from? These are great questions and no one can answer them. No wonder the s/h's are dropping like flies. No wonder so many heading to the exits with a loss. And no wonder there are still some who believe in the miracle about to come if they don't consider these facts. Its hysterical and a historical lesson that will be learned.
