This is so ridiculous... How can ppl not see or agree that waiting til forced to settle makes no sense and will cost the alleged infringers many times more money and other major major losses to whomever buys the patents............that is.......if..........the patents are all that. If the patents ARE ALL THAT.....and they ARE infringing......then they, the alleged infringers, can't lose........so why would they be running scared like some keep saying? Makes no sense
