- Why would DOE (or any organization, for that matter) award a grant to a known criminal and fraudster like Mad Jacki-boi, his sham company, or any of his criminal associates?

- Given MMEX has never conducted any legitimate business in its entire history, with a clear, proven track record of failure, loss generation, and fraud, what basis would there be for any legit source of financing to step up?

All the pirouetting penny-scammers who creep in to promote this fraud known as MMEX are part of the scam - either implicitly or indirectly, or explicitly and directly.
