I just wanted to comment on a couple things in the 1st half of your post. You seem to answer your own question/comment. You say you don't understand why the pps isn't moving up. The. You give like 2 paragraphs that explain all the reasons why not. Funny..
The other thing is:

"The settlement will occur within a week of the trial. The defendants have no reason to settle until forced to settle".

I guess you havent read my clear and common sense reasons why they would and should have settled long ago. By not settling, they stand to lose sooooo much and it's very obvious. Waiting til forced, makes zero sense as they lose much and it cost them more. It's dumb. Smart is cutting your losses when it's clear that you are gonna lose eventually..........AND........if they they don't believe they are infringers, then how are they gonna be force to settle. No logic to any of this.
