Does anyone think The Rat is purposely dragging his feet with Elite in order to continue receiving a massive un-deserved seven-figure paycheck with benefits every year?

Think about it.

If he made Elite succeed in any sort of quick fashion, he'd have to sell the company and would no longer receive that massive un-deserved seven-figure paycheck and would be unemployed and bored with his life. Being the CEO of Elite gives him something to do.

By just barely keeping Elite afloat, which is what he's currently doing, and by giving shareholders hope during the CC's, gives shareholders the illusion that Elite is actually going places. And this makes The Rat continue to keep his job and draw that huge paycheck as previously mentioned, which might be his main objective.

Again, think about it.
